📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize formulations for agrochemical products, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
• Conduct laboratory tests using equipment such as HPLC and GC-MS to analyze and validate formulations.
• Use software like LabXpert and ChemDraw to model and simulate formulations, ensuring they meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to design and test new formulations, contributing to product innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO 17025 and GMP.
• Conduct quality control processes, including stability testing and shelf-life analysis.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and records for all formulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in agrochemical formulation, preferably in a laboratory or R&D environment.
• Strong understanding of agrochemical principles and formulation techniques.
