📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating branch activities.,Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise branch staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and evaluate branch performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the Branch Manager.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of branch strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
