📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage customer claims efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claims issues
• Maintain and update claims records using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Assist in the development and implementation of claims process improvements
• Participate in training and development programs for continuous skill enhancement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in claims administration or related roles
• Strong knowledge of FMCG industry and claims processes
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus
