In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, managing client inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Additionally, you'll assist in the creative process by helping with design concepts, 3D space planning, and other creative tasks. You'll use industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and AutoCAD to bring ideas to life. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer support by managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Assist in the creative process by developing design concepts, 3D space planning, and other creative tasks.
• Use industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and AutoCAD to create and present design solutions.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain and update client files, ensuring all information is accurate and organized.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the creative process.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to enhance your creative contributions.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support and creative design roles.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
