📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues, including discipline and grievances.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR Manager in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a retail or service industry is a plus.
