As an F&B Service role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude.,Provide accurate and timely information about menu items, prices, and specials.,Take and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of food and dining areas.,Maintain a high level of food and beverage quality.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience in the F&B service industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with food and beverage service procedures.,Friendly and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Basic knowledge of inventory management.
