Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of managing a successful kitchen,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Experience with budget management and cost control,Experience with menu planning and development
