📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that reflect the restaurant's culinary vision and guest preferences.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.,Manage inventory and purchasing to optimize costs and ensure ingredient availability.,Collaborate with the management team to plan special events and promotions.,Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment for efficient operations.,Monitor food costs and contribute to budgeting and financial planning.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredient selection, and menu development.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines is a plus.,Valid food handler's certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work in a hybrid model, including on-site and remote responsibilities.
