📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, procurement, and warehouse, to ensure seamless operations.,Oversee the performance of distribution staff and provide guidance and training as needed.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and generate reports for management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to distribution.,Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the distribution process.,Manage relationships with external partners, including drivers, couriers, and third-party logistics providers.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns related to product delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using distribution management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics and distribution practices is a plus.,Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to logistics and distribution.
