📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Lead and mentor the HR team.,Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Knowledge of HRIS and other HR technologies.
