📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Manage a team of outlet staff, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing outlet operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
