📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading the structural design and analysis of various projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
• Overseeing the work of junior engineers and ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work.
• Collaborating with other engineering disciplines to ensure the overall integrity and functionality of the projects.
• Conducting site inspections and providing technical support during the construction phase.
• Developing and maintaining technical drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Mentoring and developing the skills of junior engineers.
• Ensuring the safety and compliance of the projects with all relevant regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certification in structural engineering (e.g., PE, SECB, etc.) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
