As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that all food items are prepared to the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Work efficiently and effectively to meet production targets.,Assist the Head Chef in training and developing junior staff.,Ensure all food items are prepared to the highest quality standards.,Handle and store ingredients and supplies properly.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Strong attention to detail and quality control.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
