In this role, you will manage inventory, handle customer inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain inventory of organic products, ensuring stock levels are optimized and products are fresh.
• Assist customers with product selection, provide information on organic farming practices, and offer recommendations based on dietary needs.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems like QuickBooks or Shopify.
• Clean and organize the store on a daily basis, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality organic products.
• Promote our brand and products through social media and community events.
• Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Train and mentor new employees to ensure high standards of service and product knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or grocery store management.
• Strong knowledge of organic farming practices and products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems like QuickBooks or Shopify is a plus.
• Previous experience in the organic food industry is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
