📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide personalized care and support to elderly residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Oversee the implementation of daily care plans, including medication management, hygiene, and nutrition.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive appropriate medical care and treatment.
• Monitor residents' health and well-being, and report any concerns or changes to the healthcare team.
• Organize and participate in social activities and events to promote a sense of community and well-being among residents.
• Ensure the safety and security of residents at all times, and implement safety protocols as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' care and medical history.
• Provide training and support to other caregivers to ensure consistent and high-quality care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Gerontology, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in elderly care, with a proven track record of providing exceptional care and support.
• Certification in geriatric care or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.
