📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.,Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit with our company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
