As a remote HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Oversee employee training and development programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.
