📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure the restaurant meets all financial targets and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Experience with marketing and customer relationship management.
