📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Plan and organize events and special promotions to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
