Cocwonder Digital Engineering Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated Safety Health Officer (SHO) to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of our employees and contractors. You will work closely with management to implement and maintain safety policies and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide safety training and education to employees and contractors.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and prevent recurrence.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation.,Work closely with management to ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.,Promote a strong safety culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the health and safety industry.,Certification as a Safety Health Officer (SHO) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian health and safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with safety management systems and software is a plus.
