📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and sales.,Qualify leads and provide information about our products and services.,Follow up with prospects to close sales and build customer relationships.,Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company-wide goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or telemarketing.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
