PERSOL is seeking a highly experienced Senior Events & Protocol Executive to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is part of the Government Sector, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing high-profile events and protocol activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, protocol, and a deep understanding of the government sector.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, organize, and execute high-profile events and protocol activities for government officials and dignitaries.,Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, embassies, and other organizations, to ensure smooth event execution.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Ensure all events are conducted in accordance with government regulations and protocols.,Manage event budgets and ensure financial efficiency.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to event attendees.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management and protocol.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, protocol, or a related field.,Strong understanding of government sector protocols and regulations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.
