📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Reviewing financial statements and other relevant documents to identify areas of risk and compliance issues.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborating with other departments to implement corrective actions and improvements.,Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and other team members.,Participating in continuous professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and other relevant tools.,Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
