📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
