📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Assist customers with product selection and purchases.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or shop assistant role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Proven ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
