📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on safety and environmental best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Monitor and report on environmental impacts and compliance with regulations.,Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety and environmental considerations are integrated into project planning.,Maintain and update HSE documentation and records.,Promote a strong safety culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the construction industry.,Certification in HSE (e.g., OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
