📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate job postings.,Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company.,Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Managing the onboarding process for new hires.,Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills.,Evaluating training programs and providing feedback to improve them.,Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and training.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
