Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement, participation, and learning.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.,Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to ensure the smooth operation of the school and the delivery of high-quality education.,Stay up-to-date with educational trends, best practices, and relevant teaching strategies to continuously improve teaching methods.,Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community engagement initiatives to enrich the educational experience for students.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.,Promote a safe and respectful school environment by enforcing school policies and procedures and addressing any issues that arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field.,Teaching certification or license, preferably from Indonesia.,Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a similar capacity.,Strong knowledge of the curriculum and pedagogical principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable learning environment.
