📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP and Excel, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics and supply chain processes.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect staff and maintain a secure work environment.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to develop and execute warehouse improvement projects.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience with SAP and Excel, including inventory management and reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (e.g., APICS-CWM) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and best practices in the logistics industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
