📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, including routine inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ASHRAE guidelines.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for system upgrades and replacements.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of HVAC system performance.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure the overall functionality of the hospital's infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC engineering and supervision.
• Certification in HVAC systems, such as ASHRAE Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP) or similar.
• Proficiency in using HVAC software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems and controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
