🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role, preferably in the fintech or e-commerce industry.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with basic data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
