📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage passenger bookings, check-ins, and cancellations using Wings Air Service System (WASS).
• Assist with baggage handling and ensure compliance with airline policies.
• Collaborate with flight crew and other departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service during check-in, boarding, and deplaning.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient travel experience.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with Wings Air Service System (WASS) or similar customer service software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Valid SIM card and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus.
