📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing any issues that may arise and promoting a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Assist in performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software tools.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
