As a Bilingual IT Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) in Demak, Jawa Tengah, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and supporting our clients' needs. You'll work closely with our team to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, providing excellent customer service in both English and Mandarin. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
• Assist in the deployment and management of cloud-based solutions.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for future reference.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and improve IT policies and procedures.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new IT staff.
• Provide excellent customer service in both English and Mandarin.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions such as AWS or Azure.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
